License Agreement

(The license for usage of program Sound Normalizer for a computer)

The program Sound Normalizer distributes on the principle "try before to purchase". It means that during the trial period equals 30 days You can use the program, test and master its possibilities. If You wish to use this copy of the program and after 30-day's trial period You are due to register it and get License unlimited in time (property rights for the usage of this program).

After You were filling the registration form and receiving Your payments, registration data will be sent to You by e-mail. Registration data, You have received, have to be entered into appropriate input lines on the registration`s window of program Sound Normalizer.
Please, during registration indicate Your operating e-mail address as it will be used for sending to You the registration data.
After registration You will obtain nonexclusive License for usage of program Sound Normalizer in any legal purpose. Not exclusive License means, that property rights that were given to the user can be granted by this user to someone else.

1. Copyrights

1.1. All copyrights on the program Sound Normalizer belong to the KanzSoftware company.

2. The Subject of the agreement

2.1. The Subject of this Licence agreement is transmission by KanzSoftware company, as the legal owner, to You, as to the end user, the property rights on usage of program Sound Normalizer (hereafter referred to the text of license).
2.2. The License gives You, the end user, the right of use program Sound Normalizer for any purposes in observance conditions bringing below.

3. Conditions of usage

3.1. Program Sound Normalizer is intended for installation only on a single computer.
3.2. This program can be used by one person who works with the given program on one or several computers, or is installed on one computer (workstation) on which have an access, but not simultaneously, several persons.
3.3. The Number of Licenses for usage in a network should be not less maximally possible amount of simultaneously working users.
3.4. For usage of the program Sound Normalizer in a multi-user system You should have the license for each workstation.
3.5. The registered Sound Normalizer`s copy cannot be leased or rented, but can be transferred, if the receiving person agree with the given licence agreement.
3.6. You haven`t the right of implementation independently or to admit to another persons the realization of following activity:
3.6.1. To trying disassembling, decompiling (to transform an object code to the initial text) the program.
3.6.2. To make any changes in an object code of the program;
3.6.3. To give the rights of program usage or other rights of this program to the third party.

4. Distribution

4.1. The Nonregistered trial version of program Sound Normalizer can be distributing freely (except for the cases stipulated below) only in that view in which it is delivered, i.e. without any changes.
4.2. It is forbidden to distribute the nonregistered trial version of program Sound Normalizer in a package of other software packages without the written permission of KanzSoftware company.
4.3. It is forbidden to distribute Sound Normalizer`s programs on one carrier and/or in one software package together with piracy utilities for "hack" and generators of keys.

5. The agreement validation

5.1. If the program is not registered, the present license inures from the moment of program`s installation on a hard disk of Your computer and acts an extent of 30 days.
5.2. If the program is registered, the present License inures from the moment of program`s registration and acts an extent of all period of its usage.
5.3. In case of any violation of present license`s conditions, You are losing the right to use the program given by the present License and KanzSoftware company can be demanded the full compensation of the lost caused by this, including the missed benefit.
5.4. If conditions of this Agreement contradict to the legislation of Your country, usage of program Sound Normalizer is forbidden.

6. The Limited warranty

6.1. KanzSoftware company does not guarantee co processing work and/or compatibility of the program with the software and the equipment of other manufacturers, particularly with the software and the equipment released later, than the given program.
6.2. Program Sound Normalizer was provided by a principle "as is". KanzSoftware company does not guarantee that the program does not contain errors, and also does not carry any liability for direct or indirect consequences of use the given program, including the programs which have arisen because of possible program errors.
6.3. KanzSoftware company does not give any guarantees, obvious or meant, concerning applicability of program Sound Normalizer for final usage.

7. Limitation of liability

7.1. Any other rights which have been not specified in the present Agreement, belong to KanzSoftware company.

8. Territory

8.1. Usage of program Sound Normalizer by the ways stipulated above is authorized in territory of all countries.

9. Call to the technical support service

9.1. If some problems appear with the usage of program Sound Normalizer You may access to the technical support service of KanzSoftware company on
